Titusville is boring. I live in Brevard and I never go north of Viera/Rockledge because everything north of that area is a complete dump. The Kennedy Space Center is the only reason to go there. They do have a Krystal's there though which is surprising.

I taught English as a foreign language in Korea, China, Kuwait, Yemen and Saudi Arabia. I am a graduate of Barry University and Indian River State College. I spent more than 12 years in 37 countries. I am a survivor of the horrific trail derailment in Buttevant, County Cork, Ireland of August 1, 1980. I am 74. To the best of my recollection, there was one possible link, tenuous though it may be, between what happened on September 11th 2001 and fore knowledge by a person in the Bush family. This was sometime around the end of 1995 and the beginning of 1996. There was a conversation at the Martin county literacy council. Part of that conversation described a manuscript about the attacks that you saw on September 11th 2001. There was also articulated that the manuscript would be presented to people in foreign countries and Saudi Arabia. There were three people in this office in this conversation. There was a woman with dark hair who kept her back to us almost all the time. She was shuffling large manila envelopes around. Another person was Mary Conley, manager of the Martin county literacy council. The third person was myself. For some reason they put me on the board of directors. I do not remember directing anything and there was not much of a board either. I had no intention of staying there. I would be gone to East Asia for years to come beginning March the 5th 1996. Barbara Bush was also a member of the Martin county literacy council. She used her influence to bring the attention of the media to the Martin county literacy council. That was when it was in the strip mall facing East Ocean boulevard in Stuart Florida. She was not in that conversation. She was not anywhere around in the vicinity at all during the time of that conversation. However, she was there later and more than once. The media followed her there and wrote prominent stories to let people know that the literacy council were there and waiting for them. It was a lot of free publicity. She was there sometime after that conversation. Mary Connolly was there also later, and she had been in that conversation, and heard everything. That is the only possible link I know. Also, the night of September 10, 2001 in Fort Pierce, FL, an anonymous phone call to the law warned of a major terrorist attack coming "very soon." That was the last warning of many in four years of reporting those attacks beginning September 1997.
