Songs appearing in Project mirai doesn't rule them out appearing in other games. Melancholic appeared both in the first Project mirai and in Project DIVA F, for example.
SEGA has put the Diva Extend songs into Project Mirai 2nd besides we got Luka and Rin singing it right? SEGA is not sure which songs should be in Diva F 2nd we only know these songs will come to Diva F 2nd - Daybreak Arrival - Colorful x Melody - Romeo & Cinderella

It's also region-locked (as is all 3DS games) so unless you have a Japanese 3DS or they release it worldwide, you can't play it anyway.
