As I'm a Canadian I can answer your question of why it's gloomy in Vancouver...it's fall and coming on to our Canadian winter...thats what it does in BC for fall and winter...it rains...just be thankful your not in the other provinces that get tons of SNOW...🤗 I would rather get rain, at least you don't have to shovel it...🤗
