Alex has worked really hard battling and rehabbing through a ruptured Achilles but I know overall she will still continue to work and be stronger than ever.🥋💪

When I was in airborne school in the 80's we had a dude blow his Achilles on our final jump. He thought maybe it was already weak from a few injures playing college football. He never did make it all the way back, and had to take a medical discharge.
