M16A3 is actually a more better then the operator XM177 but due to it being burst/semi only and slow cooldown it's literally less then useless.

The a2 is actually good if you know how to handle the burst recoil like if u can do it and get 2 body shots and 1 headshot that’s like 68 dmg
The a1 is worse cus it has so uncontrollable recoil
