I would rather suggest kakhetian wines. All native georgians prefer dry wine, while khvanchkara is a semi-sweet one.

Actually, sorbet does count as liquid as far as dietary intake is concerned. If it melts into liquid, it is counted as a liquid, (ice cream, jello, popsicles too).
