[NEWS] iOS BootROM bug RELEASED! JAILBREAK ANY iOS FOREVER + DualBoot & Downgrades

In today's video, I have massive #news coming from iOS developer @axi0mX. Today, out of the blue he has released a full BootROM (SecureROM) bug called checkm8 bug for iPhone 4S all the way up to iPhone X, which means it supports iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, 5C, 6, 6S, 7, 8 and X. All these devices on any iOS version that existed or that will exist. BootROM bugs cannot be patched because the BootROM is actually written into the chip itself. Apple cannot update that and the BootROM is responsible for loading all the rest of the iOS components that Apple can update. This means #Jailbreak forever, downgrades to unsigned iOS versions without SHSH2 blobs, DualBoot, even Android on iPhone.
To understand how epic this release is, the last such bug was released 9 years ago (limera1n bug) for iPhone 4 and lower, and to this day, it was not patched on those devices because it cannot be patched. A12 and A13 devices (iPhone XS, iPhone XS MAX, iPhone XR and iPhone 11) are not compatible, unfortunately. But for the rest of the devices, you no longer need to wait for tfp0 when a new iOS version is out. It can be jailbroken right away.
There is, however, one major caveat to this. It's a tethered USB bug, which means that if you jailbreak or downgrade with this, you will need a computer to power on the phone every time you reboot, like back in the days of RedSn0w. Even with this caveat, this release is the biggest release in the history of iOS supporting literally millions of iOS devices forever. We're about to experience a new golden era for the iOS Jailbreak community. This is completely independent of the iOS version.

you should make a tutorial of how to make a portable jailbreak kit with a raspberry pi or something like that so if your phone dies you can run the exploit without needing a computer, theres been a lot of talk about something like this but me and plenty of other people have no idea of how to go about this.

But jailbreaks that use a kernel exploit will still be very important since a semi untethered jailbreak is better than a tethered jailbreak. Although a kernel exploit can be patched with software unlike bootrom. You should continue saving shsh blobs because of this.
I can confirm I restored iPhone 5s to 10.3.3 with OTA Blobs UNTETHERED using pwndfu that I got using checkm8 BOOTROM EXPLOIT

The difference between tethered jailbreaks like Redsn0w and this one is that now we have tiny devices like Raspberry Pi Zero which ~may~ be able to tether boot the device without having to bring an entire PC with us

I intentionally downgraded it so I can have an untethered jailbreak.
if not, I may as well just keep it on 8.4.1 (or 9.3.5 if the phone is jailbroken on boot using a computer) and customise my phone the way I wanted it to be.
