Takes like 6-8 years to do it legit.

@@Crystalluss Well, currency based stuff could be a bit more optional. I theoretically would consider an extra 2,400 storage house with 24,000 NMT and 999M bells as "maxed" currency in ACNH. Theoretically maxing a currency in most games is not required for completion, but still fun to try for. Currently around 8,000 NMT and 300M bells with no time travel nor duping.

Without trying or realising, I once got to cast master tier 2, with 87 consecutive catches before I hecked it up. A few months later i set out to actually try and get it, it took me about 15 fishing rods (the flimsy kind) , 3 hours and 12 years off my life but I got it in ONE attempt (with some short breaks) My tip: find a pleasant spot on the wall. Cast your line, WAIT to make sure if the fish is going for it or not, once youre sure that it is, look away at your spot and just listen.
Flower power: I have so many flowers because of rain and snow. I just plant so many per day and dig them up and sell them or throw away. I continue daily until I maxed out the achievement. On the Diy thing, I just make items that don't take a lot of mats and make like 5 per day. I have a lot of the achievements done, but some take like forever.
You also need to get every single villager's photo in the game, every single item in game, every diy recipe, and a maxed bank account. Pretty easy really. Only takes a few years I'd say. Maybe a year if you time travel enough
this was both weird and frightening to watch as someone who has 95% of the nook miles achievements done but only the first tier of the flower-planting one
My idea of beating the game if completing the achievements(which takes a long time), but also completing the catalog, critterpedia, and getting all the diys. I’m two away from completing the critterpedia and cataloging takes so much time and money. I’m starting with clothes and looking for the diys I need-easier said than done.
I got this achievement in a similar way, but a trash can was involved... Because I only wanted the achievement, NOT the flowers. I have most of the achievements, but the crafting & thousands-of-critters-catching ones, I give up on. They're just too tedious to be worth it. Also Fruit Roots because I can't get pears. But I'll have everything else done pretty soon; many of them done TWICE with my 2 player-characters.

I personally don't count 999M in ABD. Money can fluctuate around so much. It's more like another resource to me rather than a part of completion.
