- In addition to some Australia-related updates, if you've ever wondered how chrome plating works, have we got the episode for you! Mad Dog is Back in the Building and taking you on a tour of a couple spots where we get frames, forks and bars plated.

Love that you guys are coming out with a 16 like that! I found out about it on Monday when my wife called the shop to ask some questions.
NO SH*T…..Thank you guys for answering all of her questions, it ended in her surprising me with a cleared 21inch ATF that got here today!
Also, thanks for the heads up on the 16inch frame, fork and bars! We’ll be in line for a frame, fork and bars once they hit the street!
Might be corny, but what about calling it the “Mini-Me” frame?
It seems like all of the little shredders that I’ve come across always have a parent that rides or rode back in the day.
On a side note……Dig the Kernville shirt man! Ha ha! Supposedly someone is trying to revamp the BMX track out there and start up an event out there. We ride at the bike park there all the time, so hopefully they figure out a way to get it going again.

Fascinating. I watched too see the passion for BMX on display. You can take Chris out of BMX but you can't take the BMX out of Chris Moeller.
Such a good idea to lighten up the little bikes! The young kids are the future of BMX! I think the name for the new frame should be DTS "Down To Shred"

The chrome is so siiick! I’ve wanted a chrome frame and fork for a long time. You rarely see them these days.
I’d say 8 years ago when I got back into BMX at like 27, I got a Fit Dugan sig in chrome (2017). Thing looked, and was (for a complete) soo sick. I sold it to a mom who was stoked to get it for her kid. Currently got a few frames to build up, including a raw CCR.
I have chrome CCR (8.7) and raw… and the chrome on the raw looks even better than raw on raw.
So chrome bars, forks, and maybe stem, with a raw CCR, and I have a mid school looking black front wheel and chrome rear wheel (custom profile / odyssey).
The raw / chrome is gonna be sick

Love these factory tours. Seeing all the frame sections prior to assembly makes me think about how wild it'd be to be able to build a frame as easily as one of those lightsabers at Disneyland. 😄 Just walk through, pick what pieces you want, and boom, brand new flatland frame. Maybe someday... lol
Why didn't you guys put a shield on the end of the seatstay tube? Would have looked sick. Beautiful frame nevertheless, and chrome is fire.🍻

Younger riders ripping better geometry will definitely push the progression to next lvl. . Frame geometry is the #1 issue that most kids have no idea about and it makes all the difference. When I was 14 if we had modern day frame geometry I would've had easier time. I learned to manual bar spin bunny hop to manual brakless. I could never 180 still can't. I've always road long rear chainstays and 20.5 tt. Now I'm interested in BTMxl 21.25 tt. 13.05 rear chainstays. Feels so much better rideing that geo. Bought a pbr 20.5 tt and 14 somthin inch rear end. Felt so crowded up front long back end was hard to bunny hop.

Oh man.. I need a chrome 29" to make complete my front end haha.. I have another bike that will happily accept the black one I am currently running. Atc is spot on haha.

How about for the 16” since it’s a top of the line, Fit “the shit”. The Shit Fit or TSF. Although maybe not since it’s for kids but you could just call it the TSF. I really wish you guys were in Northern Kentucky. I work in a machine shop and sooo wish it was for making bikes. I met you once Chris at interbike in Philly and you told me your Dad was from Covington Ky. Very cool experience and you gave me a big shield sticker that I put on the back window of my truck. You also said Florence Y’all😂

Hi S&M. I currently use the widemouth pitchfork in 33mm offset. I run Merritt 2.5" tires and still have a bit of clearance. I am wondering if the 26mm offset would accommodate the 2.5" tire as well? Also, would you guys be able to make your steer tube up to 175mm tall?
I wanna say 'Lil' Ripper' I think the is unavailable cause the SE big ripper. Next is FTK for the kids....? Micro Dose hahahaha
