The fact that Windows did manage that, specially without any scheduled task getting in the way or deadlocking the machine is a mystery to me, you recorded the video in the same host and it did give out a playable file, I have 16 GB and when one of my VMs exceed 700 MB the max RAM chaos breaks loose
I used winaerotweaker, services, and regedit to disable update, defrag, notifications and a bunch of other useless stuff to make sure that nothing pops up or closes during recordings lol. believe me, that has happened many times before. currently, the only bottleneck is power outages and disk space.

nope, 9900k suffers from coffee lake refresh's issue with lackluster midi performance an overclocked 8700k might be able to pass it though since it doesnt have the midi performance issue
@@LucasMIDIDo you know anyone who owns the MSI GT77HX? It has 128GB of RAM and an i9-13980HX? Unlike ooo 000's 9900K, it doesn't suffer from coffee lake's performance issue and it has the required RAM. I think the GPU is an RTX 4090 Laptop GPU.
