This movie was absolutely nothing like Carrie. The guy compares this to a movie that he says that he didn’t watch. This move was amazing. I guess the first guy likes oppression to be more realistic
I think the reason it tanked is because some people don’t like to face the truth. Like book banning. I hate when people give commentary on subjects they have no deep understanding of. It was a good movie based on a true story in American History from a black perspective.

It does draw you. It's the story. So sad. Slavery horror, child murder horror, haunting horror.
I really enjoyed listening to how he perceived the movie. I thought the movie was great!
