I hope they give Brewster his own shop again! He was stuck in the Museum for so long and he finally got his own shop in New leaf. He worked hard for it and they shouldn't backtrack his success!

one thing i really wish they would give us is bridges over ravines, that and more buildings!
YES and YES. I'd love to be able to connect mountains like the one I live on and the able sisters/cafe mountain. Also we just need more buildings in general. Ideally I'd like a few more shops and maybe 12-15 total villagers

Not to sound like I'm just promoting myself but If you want you could hit the bell icon to turn on notifications. I think it's more reliable and I don't upload often so I won't blow up your notifications
@@BrownzeBear Hey, there's no problem in promoting yourself! Last week when I made the comment I realized my problem was easily solved and used the bell lmao, this week I got a notification for the video, it was great. I loved what you did to the house,its got a lot of personality.

Of course! Don't worry about comparing your island to others because honestly low-cost housing islands need love too. You'll probably enjoy the game longer than most by taking your time anyways

I didn't know we could get the city music in this game! I'm going to have to request it this Saturday.
I used to not be a big fan of towns that were completely modernized/city-like myself. One of the reasons being practicality, because if you had giant roads made of patterns, you couldn't drop things on them and stuff wouldn't spawn on them. The other main reason was that since you couldn't put furniture outside, none of the city-towns looked very convincing to me. Luckily, new horizons changed these things. I decided to modernize part of my island (the only part I had access to in the early-game) and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!
Yea in past games the most I could tolerate was just like 2 or 3 block wide paths because most designs didn't really look like they belong in the game (too blocky, idk). Especially since you couldn't drop items AND because they were soooo easy to mess up. Either villagers would move in and ruin them or I'd just keep accidentally cleaning up tiles by starting to run on them.
Having an official path too definitely fixes this for me and the furniture outside is a big part of that too.
And that was my original plan too! Early on I wanted everything around the town hall to be modernized but I didn't know what to do with the mountain so I just moved the plans there. This game may lack alot of features and buildings but decorating outside is so fun

Lilycove & Mossdeep were always my favorite towns in the Ruby & Sapphire games. Cause that’s when the ocean & underwater routes of the game opened up
