CC for some behind the scenes commentary. Ok, I'll be honest, this mission was difficult to get things to the right place at the right time. Downside of the Stealth Assault style is that it doesn't really work well in open areas-it's even evident in the first mission, during the open area sections. Now, I remember why I rarely play this mission. As a result, while I do like what came out of this, I don't think it's as stylish-or as controlled-as the first mission. Regarding the 3rd mission, American Consumption, it might take longer to create because a) I have NOT tried Stealth Assault on that mission, and b) I don't play it that much. So, don't hold your breath for next week. Hell, don't be surprise that I might skip SOME missions later on because I'm not even sure if this style could work on those missions-though, I'll guarantee a video for the Paraguay (Estate) mission. Anyway, enjoy this video. I tried. PS - Yes, the loadout name-BIGWICKENERGY-is based on the fan edit that Peter from Corridor Digital made for their John Wick Muzzle Flash replacement video.
Will never get tired of the insane amount of animations in this game, from Sam's unique M&E takedowns, to the angle and alert status sensitive melee kills/knockouts.
Then shoots another one in the face not one min later lmao After mission 4, I try to make sure not to kill any more dogs.... even though they're the spawns of satan in this game.
You definitely play a different style to me - I perfer when nobody sees me at all. But you've reinvigorated my interested in Blacklist after becoming bored with Hitman 3 and MGS 5
@@DeadManSinging1 I grew up on metal gear solid. Played mgs v to death. The tone is more serious but if you like that I think in some ways it's even better than mgs v

I'll be the first to admit that I splice the videos (turn on the CC for the first vid). I never intended these to be unedited videos-too much RNG is in play. Just showing a hypothetical perfect/cinematic run. Ironically, despite being more difficult mission to pull this style off, this vid has less splice than the first one.
@@CrossfeetGaming I think most people splice their videos, except speedrunners and the like. I doubt many people can play a game like Hitman or Splinter Cell without fucking up at least once
@@DeadManSinging1 StealthGamerBR subtly spliced his Blacklist stealth kills video. Really, you wouldn't notice unless you know when checkpoints trigger.
How do you perform the human grenade move? The prompt never seems to be available for me, even thought I have grenades equipped. Is it specific to grenadiers (since you may use their own grenades) ?
Yep. Specific to grenadiers. Even more specifically, immediately before or after they throw. Particularly, BEFORE the alert ends. That being said. There's still a chance the prompt will not show up, but I have done this consistently enough in the next missions to say this is how it works.
I have a question, for some reason, for gadgets i cant equip all types. just afew it lets me to carry, i miss slot? On my selection wheel for gadget, still 3 slots empty. or i gotta do a upgrade or something here?
It's been a while since I played this game actually, so my memory of gadget unlocks are a bit hazy. I do know that the outfit you wear affects the amount of gadgets you carry. Maybe unlock some outfits first.
Hey quick question as someone who just bought this game on sale; did you change keybinds at all or are you using defaults, and if so, what do you recommend?
Ok, looking at it, I only have like 3 custom binds. On the KB, we only have: ALT for Walk and Run toggle On mouse (if you have two extra buttons on the thumb), we have: Marking to First Button (ie the button close to the screen) Execute to Second Button (ie, the button close to you) Everything else is pretty much intuitively on point. Though, feel free to change up your bindings to which ever you like.
@@CrossfeetGaming Thanks for the reply! My setups pretty close to yours, except I left marking on Z, but put walk/run toggle on one of my extra mouse buttons. I was hoping the game would allow me to use scroll wheel to run through my gadgets instead of my 3 weapons, but couldn't figure it.
man the running animation just sticks out to much in an otherwise amazing stealth action game, since i'm not a dev i have no idea how to make it better or look cooler.
And... how to make games nowadays with what we have, also investing a bit more in AI, and in general making a game less scripted... it's just would be masterpieces out there, if all ditched this MTX (money laundering) business... Thanks for showing really with style how to play games with real passion. No... this is how people should aim to play, because this is really immersive, for all. Maybe you run too fast in the 1:20 - 1:40... also the animation of running seems from someone who really doesn't know how to run (that was badly animated)
Nobody asked, but I gotta say it: I absolutely cannot stand what they did to Sam's voice in this game. The curt, monotone delivery, the heavy nose breathing, the way it sounds like he's saying every line through his teeth, the utter lack of any humor or witty banter... It's like Christian Bale's Batman crossed with a spoiled, petulant teenager who always has to have everything his own way. I hear that voice and think, "I don't want to play as this guy, I want to shove a sock in his mouth and ship him off to military school."
