"The First Take" is a legit show showcasing only live vocals and the rule that the artists only have one take and that's it. No redo. That's why most artists who performed here are a bit nervous or serious in singing due to that fact that they can't do it again. Some other shows also do live performances but that ONE TAKE rule of this show is what's dangerous. That's why XG fans are of course happy they pulled it off due to the fact that people are questioning them about their live performances. Jurin's beginning part was always tagged as heavily auto-tunrd because of the tone of her voice but fans who saw the Behind-the-scenes of the Shooting Star recording can guarantee that was actually how Jurin sounds during recording. You two should check it out to at least see how Simon and XGALX did the recording because I think you're a producer as well.
XG is not called KPOP or JPOP, now I know why… they more unique. Like Simon and AVEX CEO Kuroiwa mentioned they wanted to call XG as part of XPOP instead!! That is even better!! 👍😎
Chck out their Shooting Star IT'S LIVE performance as well Just my opinion. I think their IT'S LIVE performance is more entertaining and interesting. I love their energy there, unlike this, they're giving more serious type of vibe. Again this is just my opinion.
