I was fortunate enough to experience Kauai in July. The entire trip was heaven on earth, everything was vibey and laidback. Makai in Princeville is the most epic course I’ve ever played. I can’t wait to go back!!
My Kauai golf trip got cancelled back in 2020 because of Covid, been trying to get there since. This episode is so motivational to make it happen. Thanks for showing so many courses and places to see! It will make planning the trip so much easier!
Been playing Puakea for past 15 years. The whole town reminds me of home. Costco & Safeway literally across the street from each other and Puakea. Definitely do the helicopter tour, Dukes and Portofino right next door. Oh and yes they have Walmart too! lol Only 60,000 locals on the Island…and there are two sides to explore (Poipu Bay is good). I’ve been to all of the islands and nothing beats Kauai. Go!!
Headed to Kauai for our honeymoon in 4 weeks 😎 Wifey says I can play 1 round of golf. Thoughts? We are starting in Poipu, so I was thinking Poipu Bay, but Makai looks amazing 😎
Congratulations on your upcoming honeymoon! So difficult to only pick 1 on Kaua'i, they are all so unique and memorable to play. Poipu Bay offers stunning ocean views, while Makai boasts a picturesque setting. Ultimately, it depends on your preferences. Consider the course layout, difficulty level, and any special features that appeal to you. Either way, enjoy your round and have a wonderful honeymoon in Kauai!
The most amazing film assignment I've ever been a part of. Book a trip - it's worth it!!
Amen 🙏
The real view is at 21:08, when I teed off in the background. That course was so fun I played it twice on our honeymoon.

Crazy that you guys went to the most beautiful place and uploaded in 1080p. This could have looked so beautiful but instead was grainey
Check your connection, boss
you missed Kauai's best course, Kukui'olono above Kalaheo

By the way… the resort buildings everyone see in 16 at Hokuala is a Marriott vacation Club property and is outstanding!
