He's been my teacher for three years and you can really tell that he's been a pioneer and a professional for a really long time. It's cool to see someone you know be featured in a video like this!
The fact that an independent animator had animated all of this studio quality animation is mind blowing. This makes literally every other leaker look bad in comparison.

The hole in the castle from the Mario 64 DS save screen was, I think, a leftover from Mario 64x4's demo and all it had was a cannon, according to a comment on a 64x4 RUclips video.
I'm guessing that when the Wii version magically transformed into the DS one, he wanted to show that you have to use Download Play on the DS. Download Play on the DS made this kind of sound and had this kind of icon when searching for devices to connect. And theoretically, it *is* possible for the Wii to do that since Nintendo Channel had Nintendo DS demos where you had to use Download Play on the DS. Select a demo you want on your Wii, connect the DS to it and then it'll download a demo from Nintendo's server to the Wii and then that had to be downloaded from the Wii to the DS. Nowadays, it's so much easier because Nintendo doesn't put up demos for most of their games anymore. *rimshot*
I believed the Super Mario Galaxy DS one back when I was 5 ;-; I wish that Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 got New 3DS remakes now. Not Switch because it defeats the two screen and handheld controls.
That was a really interesting video, good job! Out of all of these, the only ones I knew about were Mario Galaxy DS and Majora's Mask HD. The former actually did fool me when I was about 5 or 6 and I remember asking my mom for it, without realizing it didn't exist. The latter was from just a few years ago so I could actually tell it was fanmade this time. I had no idea these were made by the same person though
Note that Shrek showed that indie studios could create amazing amazings by their own, but Pablo made his Majora's Mask video in 1999, 2 years before Shrek would ever release.

Now that I've seen this video and found out that it was created by one guy as a school project... I gotta give him props for taking the time and effort to create such an elaborate hoax. I remember when I first saw the Majora's Mask Wii U one and actually believed it. The Super Mario Galaxy DS one looks hella legit. Oh. One more thing. The wii could have easily transferred a ds download play demo of Galaxy DSto the ds, although I don’t know how saving the game would have worked

If it'd have just used a download, it could've sent the DS game with a savestate and then, once it's done downloading, you could've taken your DS anywhere because it doesn't require the Wii after that. When you'd be done, you could request a connection on both systems and then the DS would've sent the necessary information to the Wii (starbits, stars, lives?) and... that's how it could've been done.
I'm only saying "savestate" because you couldn't save a game on download play. It has to save on a cardridge. So my solution is to emulate what a savefile would do by having just the necessary savefile informations. E.g., you got 2 stars on DS, transfer that back to Wii, connect Wii to DS, get Mario Galaxy DS and the 2 stars (and probably other stuff) back.
Yup, this was a very good video. The skits and editing are always great lol 3:55 I actually never knew about the viral work of Pablo but, he deserves some serious respect and props for the amount of effort that he put in models, trailers and the sorts. And this stuff goes over a decade back, it's truly insane, i bet he could still fool people to this day if he wanted to.

Many people fell for the hoaxes, but it was pretty clear what they were. Super Mario Universe was my favorite hoax. Back when it was released to make it even more believable the video was filmed off of a screen with fake camera flashes. It's too bad that isn't the clip you showed.
