Dragons dogma 2 has already took 14 hrs of my time. Game is awesome and should have been a 9/10 too. Rebirth wasn’t that great to me. Repetitive
Rebirth does not really do anything fresh. Its quite traditional jrpg grindfest.
Unicorn 🦄 Overlord is the most "Refreshing" of all the GOTY options 🤔

"Dragons Dogma 2 lip sync is terrible", judging a huge open world game because of lip sync and first few hour basis.Atleast Justin gave great defence for the game. Kudos for Justin.

The problem isn't the microtransactions itself, It's about the perversion of game design by mtx. DD2 was just an example. While not horribly bad, it signal the start of 1p games becoming like p2w mmos.
eg. port crystals are important things in Dragons Dogma. If people start buying the mtx for them, devs will take notice and start putting important items behind highly inconvenient hurdles incentivizing players to buy them///
Ubisoft beat them to the punch like a decade ago. It's not the start, it's the status quo at this point.
Have you never played a Capcom game before? They have had the same type of ingame store selling the deluxe edition items and currency since at least Devil May Cry 4 like ten years ago. DMC4-5, Monster Hunter, RE Remakes 2-4, etc. You all are such suckers to misinformation you might as well have red trucker hats on and believe in crisis actors at school shooting and Jewish space lasers.
Not much use without a ferrystone though ....now, if they were selling them too? now THAT would be horse shite haha.

Funny how Digital Foundry calls Dragons Dogma the most advanced RE engine offering yet and even Elden Rings hilariously janky voice and lipsync is better than DDII
