I officially found the fix 😂 no joke though go to settings go to system go to the bottom to reset options and restore default settings it officially fixed it..
@@MoosterChief did you go to the right setting plus make sure you go to restore licenses first then hit default and make sure you setup your settings first then remove your card and reput it in,it should work.

hello, i found that if you add funds to your playstation by your credit card and then buying what you want by charging them to your playstation wallet, it works perfectly

Yeah so non of this worked but i found the solution just make sure your amount your able to spend is higher then the actual game mine was set on 500 as the max amount but the game was 600 so i just made my max amount 1000 and it worked perfectly

So what I ended up doing instead of waiting the hours and the other stuff is I updated all the information on the PlayStation to my information. I brought a used PS5 slim. After updating all my account information in the PS5 information then reset the ps5. Then did all updates and all of the update licenses in the settings, I restarted the PS 5 so everything will update. So then I replace the PayPal method with my credit card and I was able to pay for the PlayStation Plus. Payment went through and I received the email of my receipt then I reset my PS 5 again. NOW I'm playing online!! 👍
I had same issues which I contacted support and nothing was done about it but I was told by a friend to reach out to a friend which I did and he helped me in fixing mine and it's working perfectly fine, I sure he gone help you as well🎉

If nothing works make sure your console sharing is enabled on your ps. Buddy had it enabled, we changed it and it let me purchase again.
