Jesus, 22-year-olds have a lot of energy. My morning routine as a 33-year-old is wake up, cry, wonder how I let my life come to this, then get dressed for work.

Whew. I'm a fourth year teacher and I'm up at 5 AM just to get dressed and get to school on time. I make breakfast and lunch the night before, don't wear makeup and my hair is either always "good enough down" or in a ponytail. We have to be in our classrooms at 6 50 AM. My commute is 35-40 minutes.
I watched your video because I want to start presenting myself more professionally and taking more time for myself (working out, morning meditation/shower) but it's super hard when I'm already getting to school before the sun is even up. Still a fun video though! Thanks for sharing!

I noticed your comment and you are not alone!! I have to be in my classroom at 6:40am this year! A lot of these things that she does in this video I like to do when I get home from school. As I am getting ready in the morning though I like to listen to my Headspace app (teachers get a free premium subscription!!) which helps me before school. Getting things ready the night before also helps me have a less stressful morning (getting my bag ready, lunch prepped, setting out breakfast materials, etc.)

After you finish drying your hair, put your hair dryer on the cool setting and blow dry your hair that way to help with frizz. It always helps me!

Girl my hair is almost to the floor. So my tip first off is get a wooden pick (those tangle brushes suck, no offence lol) and it will make your hair brushing easier. Also put in a leave in condition if you don’t. After blow drying use some John Freida Frizz Eaze hair oil in your hair (you don’t need much) and it will help any frizzies 😊

If you wanna stop your hair from getting frizzy, use a wide tooth comb instead of a brush, when it’s wet. I have really thin hair but it still got super frizzy even if it was air dried. I noticed when I used combs while it was wet that it helped with frizz. Save the brush for dry hair :) also some leave in conditioner before blow drying can help too!

You should put a bit of hair oil (just like put a bit in your hand and ruffle it through your hair) before you blowdry! I use L'oreal's Mythic Oil because it's lighter (I'm not blond though). I think ouai's rose hair and body oil is also nice. Don't put too much so your hair won't get oily.

    Holy Toledo...
You and I like the same tunes!!
I just finished my third year of teaching at a Private high school! I teach Science as a second career. I worked 33 years as a Senior Research Scientist and invented radiation dosimeters worn by Hospital workers worldwide.
I am envious of your youthful energy! I just turned 61 and I no longer have a morning fitness regime. My wife and I used to run 5 miles together every morning until my back problems and leg problems got in the way.
I'll have to listen to a few more videos to find out what subject you teach. I'm guessing math or Science. You don't strike me as an English or History teacher but I'll spend some time to find out!!
I teach 11 Science subjects over a 2 year period. I alternate Physics and Chemistry every other year. My school is really small with just 60 high school students.
I love teaching and the students have responded well to me and I love their youthful energy!!
    Blessings...

This might be totally useless considering that I have 4C hair (and I'm a guy) and you have hair that's thinner and straight, but consider using some kind of natural oil to help with the frizz. It also adds some shine to your hair. Again, totally off-based, but that's what I do. I have a post-shower routine where I also use a leave-in conditioner but I don't think that helps with frizz, but it might help to moisturize before you use oil. But maybe your hair is too light for that and it'll feel weighed down/bad.
Also, heat definitely causes more frizz and general damage. You might experience more frizz when you blow dry on higher settings so try not to do that as often.

Buy a comb, rat tailed, and blow dry while you brush threw your hair, use a more warmer setting, and if you're really having an issue you can get a vitamin e hair gel I recommend Softee but I also dont know how your hair type would go wit it to put a small amount on your fingers, rub it around on your have and just run your hand threw your hair and that should keep it laid down, its not too thick so i think it should be fine for you, you can find it at Walgreens, a local hair salon. Strong Sexy Hair, Active recovery blow dry foam while wet ,Core flex when dry , it smells like mango heaven and it helps reconstruct the hair while adding strength and moisture and keeping hair safe from heat 🥰 you can even use Paul Mitchell Hot Off The Press after blow drying , also smells like heaven but it's a thermal hairspray so you can even use this alone while wet and then a bit when dry to help with frizz and flyaways but it's a heat protectant at it's core and you really wanna make sure you keep your hair from being affected by the heat because that will give you the most frizz. Frizz happens when the protective scales on the outer most of the hair get ruffled and are disturbed i.e.: (Color, lightener, high alcohol products, high ph shower water, curly or wavy hair texture, heat usage and heat damage from over usage, natural weather damage like wind and sun) so if you blow dry every day this is probably where you want to use something a bit lighter but really affective. The Active Recovery and Core Flex are lightweight but the best combo for keeping hair sane 💕

Also for frizz- don’t know how hot you’re water is when you shower, but try to use cooler water and at the end let it just be cold water very good for your hair! Also blow dry your hair with cold air makes a big difference for me!

Wow! Its so incredible of young adult and independent. Seriously?! 22 years old of young adult to became a teacher so fantastic. I don't get it it should be minimum of 25 or higher than that average of 24-30 something like that anyway. Also I heard or read the caption of RUclips channel that you were doing very genuine of English speaking by knowledge of situation. I loved it very genuine : ))) by the way so is this kind of English classroom or something different subject?

Do you put any oils in your hair after blow drying? If not then I know karatin oil or morrocon oil take the frizz out.
