Great build as always! As for the grey colour in your tig welds its all to do with gas coverage, and those unimig T3 torches are known to be shit. Try get a furick gas lens and you'll be amazed at the difference.
Great build, love it! In regards to the editing, I honestly didn't think the text on screen (word for word) was needed and detracted a bit from the video...the parts that you could clearly hear as spoken didn't need the text that is. I really liked the little comments on screen about the AN line size and such though, that was really well done and I need to figure out how to do that on my vids haha ;)
Also, to get rid of that graying/sugaring you'll really need to purge your fittings with argon and use a bigger cup and gas lens on your torch and then a bit more gas flow. That should get you some nice 🌈 Cheers! Loving the attention to detail with everything this is super fun to watch!

I think it's a grass is greener type scenario. The guys I've seen with Lsa patrols eventually go duramax and duramax owners go lsa after a while. Maybe people just get bored. Either way I'm keen on this build

Use a thoriated tungsten (RED) with a gas lens and you will get nice colours.

you can get oval pipe that is the equivalent of 4 inch that will allow you to clear the firewall.

Make sure your using the cp3 high lift pump. The cp4 is bad and is notorious for blowing up and send metal shrapnel into the motor.

Be careful of heat bud.. I put a v6 in a hilux ran the fuel lines on the same side and the fuel pump external kept overheating and shutting off.

I'd go 4 disk brakes because drum brakes get mud or water in them and don't work as well and sometimes anymore.
