How to unlock Timothy in BTWF Exploring Sodor (EVENT OVER)

Timothy recently got added to BTWF Exploring Sodor so I thought I should make a video to help people unlock him.

RWS Knapford sheds is literally on the junction of thomas' Branchline dawg. That's the S7 knapford sheds.

Its not railway series knapford sheds, thats season 7. The RWS sheds were at vicarstown. Also, vick said to not post the answers
