Phantom papyrus would always blame sans for the death of them all, calling him traitor or untrustworthy or smth like that. But on the other hand, he still pressure sans to kill monster for some reason i forgor. Also he cant attack and cant be seen by anyone except for sans, he will still exist if the universe is resetted and papyrus is still alive. And about phantom dust sans, he is somewhat the same as sans in disbelief. He is papyrus’ impression of dust sans, or maybe he is actually the ghost of dust sans. He would persuade paps on killing monster by telling how many monsters are there left, or warn him whats up ahead. Im not sure whether he can attack and can be seen or not, but i think he cant since he is a phantom Something about dust sans, he only kills the monster that his human might kill to prevent them from lvling. If anyone from other universe that comes to dusttale, sans would probably guide them to safety, or to omega timeline if he can. He is pretty sane when not in combat.
