I haven't opened my hives yet the weather up & down and work been hectic no time in the morning. I hope I got at least 1 or 2 hives that served the winter.
Last summer was my first year of beekeeping. My mite count got out of hand in August and my colony vacated after my 2nd oxalic acid treatment. I found them in a nearby tree in late October, cut the branch of comb down and put them in a nuc box. They didn't make it. They were done by December. I didn't know that I could have used the oxalic during the nectar flow.

Ugh.... Api-Bioxal has been approved here in the US. I hope that this year is better for you.
I hope they are flying! If they are, it’s a good sign!
