Dave just couldn’t help himself with that bad tag match grade. It’s got all of his favorite wrestlers, I’m honestly shocked it wasn’t 5 stars, but I personally didn’t enjoy.
That main event had absolutely everything! The history behind it between Christian Cage and Darby Allin, Luchasaurus and Nick Wayne having decisions to make, pure wrestling to start the bout, pure violence, entertainment, unpredictability and the crowd went crazy for everything these two did! Christian Cage is on a phenomenal run! Hope he gets an even bigger push and win the AEW Championship after this title run. Darby is growing into one of the best as well.
In what world was the 6 man or tag match on the same level as Swerve/Hangman. I guess Jericho, Kenny and Ospreay being in it gave the match an automatic 4 * head start.

Idk how that six man tag got above a 2 and a half. Worst match on the card. Only good thing was the callis family entrance and them getting the win. But Daniel Bryan’s match very much deserved that rating. Swerve/hangman’s match was insanely better than that 6 man so the fact it has the same rating is appalling
I respect Dave’s knowledge on the history of wrestling, but it’s funny to me that the top journalist in the industry is borderline illiterate when it comes to spelling and sentence structure.
