I don't know how they manage to keep getting heavier but I'm here for it. I love their guitar tone too, I'm a little tired of djent and it's refreshing hearing something different.
My biggest issue with this, is that no matter how many times I get my face ripped off by a ferocious new tune... My same old ugly ass face always gets reattached.
The reggae beat for the breakdown's got me dying laughing, in the best way. I'm really starting to come around to this band. I adore just straight up angry shit, but it's taken time for my ears to enjoy his vocals. Also, Poppy was great in this.
I feel like Bryan (the singer) and Poppy are in a sibling screaming rivalry. They both have the most unhinged angry screams, it actually works really well to bring cohesion to the song. Btw, Knocked Loose, Boundaries, and Johnny Booth would be my dream show lol.
Been watching your channel for quite some time now and I just wanted to say your positivity and enjoyment when listening to music is contagious. Love your videos brother. 🍻
Making the rounds…saved you for the last. Killer freaking track. The way they tease the reggaeton beat in the pre-breakdown, then lean into it into the breakdown, the slow it down and make it heavy into the next section. Then finally distort the beat till the end of the song is brilliant…and the fact that reggaeton is so popular in the pop scene where poppy originated and critiques in her music is genius. Some dang good song writing.
I f*cking love your reactions! We had the same exact face at 3:04 😂 you're the best and I love the authenticity behind your reviews! Keep making videos man 🤘
I am happy you can finally react too them lol. Even though the album is not out yet ( 10th of May for those who don't know ) i think it is already album of the year for me.
Fuck yea man! The guitar tone is new to me as well. I’ve heard, I think, Nails and they had a similar tone im pretty sure but I didn’t like it all that much. But KNOCKED LOOSE!? I fucking love it, such an awesome track and such an amazing band!
I've had a lot of respect for these guys for a long time, but something always failed to click for me. "A Tear in the Fabric of Life" began to sway me, but god damn, these last few singles have just been devastating. This one in particular is just fantastic. The nasty chugs in the intro, the chaotic mathcore-esque section that followed, the dual vocal assault, the fun reggaeton beat pre-breakdown, and, my favorite part, that incredibly visceral "AHHHHHH" that Poppy let out in the last breakdown. Kind of crazy that they managed to fit that many awesome parts into such a short song
Very, and I mean VERY seldom do I love every single a band drops leading up to a new album. But I have loved every single one of the singles they have dropped so far and this one is no exception.
God I love how they are doing something new other than bands like invent animate playing weedly weedley licks with 0s in between with matching BEIGE outfits. This band has so much personality in the ocean of bland metalcore bands.
@@spet59 both your comments are wrong lmao, but it's cute. I mean, Poppy can be A queen of metal (THE would likely go more to Courtney or Tati), but also Poppy is definitely metal (when she wants to be). She's more than one thing.
Maaan, please check out Axty!!! I'ts, a brutal Brazilian band!! Sure you'll love it! The songs Flowers and Butterflies Lullaby and Fade Away are fantastic!!
I need poppy to let go of the pop genre completely. Her metal is 10x better and I feel she’s still leaning on that pop to try and keep her fan base. I want more of her metal. I love they’re all around us, and I hope her new album in November is more stuff like that.
“If you were me, then I’d be you, and I’d use your body to get to the top, you can’t stop me no matter who you are……LOSER” Ace Ventura lives rent free in my head
As Nik Nocturnal put it, Poppy is Bryan's angry pissed off little sister. They work soooo well together.
this version of poppy can ruin my life
I pray for more of it
It’s seriously fucking awesome. That scream gets me every time.
Goddamn don’t I know it
ruin? were you more into her lowlife faze? lol. or are you going to slam yourself into a wall?
Yeah that ending duel vocals was insanity
her screams are perfect
I suffered because of you=great lyrics🤘🔥
I don't know how they manage to keep getting heavier but I'm here for it. I love their guitar tone too, I'm a little tired of djent and it's refreshing hearing something different.
They keep the technical rhythms of djent but keep it hardcore. Love it.
The drummer is fight for life during this song….holy shit those sharp cuts are wild as hell
@@iceboxx887Bro’s listed as a primary writer for this song too. Dude CHOSE to fight for his life
I love how this song was Poppy's idea, too. She reached out to THEM for the collab!
My biggest issue with this, is that no matter how many times I get my face ripped off by a ferocious new tune... My same old ugly ass face always gets reattached.
This gave me "What if Knocked Loose had more The Dillinger Escape Plan" vibes because holy chaotic.

Reggaeton not raggae...
New Knocked Loose is always a twofold experience of excitement for me. The music AND other peoples’ reaction to it!
idk why people hate poppy. she’s so talented in everything she does

ive been waiting all day for this very reaction
the best thing about this BOSS HM-2 inspired guitar tone is that it's using a fuzz pedal named swolen pickle.
🤘🤣🤘
Lmfao!😝🤣
That's awesome I didn't know that, I have the Russian Pickle.

Kind of digging seeing Poppy collabing with different bands as of late.
Popped Loose goin' ham bro
Ok, my first encounter with KL and I LOVE it!
This is why I love reactions @ finding awesome new stuff!

I’m just here for the Chris Motionless feature track, that one is going to be MONSTROUS
The reggaeton breakdown goes hard and Poppy needs to do more features with Knocked Loose.
I saw your tattoo with the coat of arms of Ukraine, it's amazing! Thank you for supporting us in these difficult times. Definitely subscribed!
Her ending scream makes me wanna fight something.
Ive listened to this song so much haha

They have been killing it lately. Not a single song has disappointed.

I can't not listen to that ending like 4 times
Very high hopes for this next Knocked Loose record.
Should check my vocal cover of this one
@@galacticriminalx gonna do that right now!
Ayo that vocal cover was sick!
Yeah it was 😏
Great review ! If those 3 bands you mentioned did do a tour it would probably sell out in an hour .

One of the best collab yo yeehaw!
Haha was waiting for your reaction lets goo!
This was amazingly brutal and beautiful
If you had reggaeton beat breakdown on your bingo card, you win!
Poppy should just join knocked loose 😂
Played this song at a rage room with my friends, boy.
Those tvs didnt survive
Jesus christ that was phenomenal unfortunate that it was so short, not a big fan of poppy but she absolutely killed it!
What a Smash...😎🤘🎇
Reggaedown ftw🖤
Love it🤘
yo wtf is that 200 string thing in the bg, looks nuts
Ukrainian Bandura my guy! 🤘😝 I call it a Harptar
Does it Djent THO?
and fuck it does....
🤘😁🤘
the queen of metal
lol Poppy is not metal in the slightest.

That song indeed fucks
I'm so sorry...but I gotta say it...That comment felt really weird to read next to a picture of your children 😬...🤣

If you haven’t reacted/heard it before you should react to Say Cheese by Poppy
Akhlys - Sister Silence, Brother Sleep
That intro screams fit for an autopsy
Also just uploaded a vocal cover of them too 🤘😝

Poppy's screams tho.

Que clase de Reggaeton Es esto?? 😆🙈
🤮
Poppy's vocals ruined this for me. This could have been great but she ruined it. Her screams are awful.
