- Since I've started working on the inside of the cabin, making the furniture and other interior, a big part of it was searching for unique pieces of logs, branches, stones,... It takes a lot of time and patience creating from what you find, but the satisfaction when it all fits is always greater.

All that interior log finishing paid off...those logs are almost glowing with a warm, calming hue. It already looks super cozy!
Nik you have a very artistic eye and can see what most people don’t see. Both you are your wife are very hard working and go that bit further than other people do just to get the right bit of wood.
How is the small boys room (bathroom) going it would be nice to see an update on that if possible please 🙏.

wow incredible - I love watching your videos. I would love to have skills like you do. The world needs people like you who can build their own shelters from materials they find in the forest. Self sustaining personnified. Can I ask what was your education /schooling like? Did you enjoy school/college? Were you able to study what you loved or did your skills for woodworking develop after you finished school/college? Im just wondering when & how you were inspired to follow this path? ( was it some teacher who encouraged you at primary school for e.g ? )
