Good video. As a psychology student, I find Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to be more powerful than CBT. We should be OK with our negative feelings and thinkings, and make room for them, fighting them just makes them stronger.
Absolutely agree! A lot of the unhappiness I have felt is due to trying to force myself to be more positive. Just letting the negative emotions flow is a better way to move on from them.
