It's kinda funny after exclusively watching NASB content from pro players to watch this one and see like, no combos, no momentum cancelling / wectoring, minimal wavedashing, and aaaallllllll the non-competitive stages, haha.
I'm not saying one is better than the other, but it's just kind of like "Oh yeah, THIS is what the game would look like if I played with my friends." And I hadn't realized that watching only pros.

Honestly vlad Masters or skulker from danny phantom would have been more interesting villain picks plus I imagine Vlad would have been a fairly simple clone. But who knows how much of the roster was dictated by Nickelodeon/viacom.

While April isn't personally my character, I sort of like the idea with her specials, her down b the camera powers up her side b which when fully charged does like 60% and kills pretty early compared to most things

No, that's how everyone plays Toph lol. We all call it premium Toph gameplay. She's arguably bottom 5 easy but it's funny and actually Alpharads Strat has been more optimised now.
Now.Tophs literally camp the top blastzone and can jump right back up and if you try and get up there too all it takes is a quick up tilt to kill

I still don’t understand why the developers didn’t include different color schemes for the characters. I mean, that’s just a fighting game standard! And, while it may not be that big of an issue for 1v1, having 3 or more characters on the screen at the same time without any color variation is just bad or careless game design. This and other presentation issues make me wonder if this game was rushed. However, I am glad to see that the developers are already patching the game; it looks like they’re responding pretty quickly to the larger conversation about this game. I hope they maintain this pace for a long while to come.

@@daylanxa7983 oh no not in game alt colors or skins; in the switch settings you can change it to "color blind" mode I believe it's called? Inverts all the colors, they've done with smash before
