Great video, i put the 30mm taller seat on mine and the comfort is even better now as i found on the standard one the padding was a bit thin at the rear and i ended up basically sat on the plastic base . Now i love it even more now 😊

I just hope Suzuki can get on top of the corrosion problems with the wire spokes, seen 3 months old bikes look 10 years old with corroded spokes, great review, love the quick shift

That is the best time to use a paint like Rust-Oleum. The iron oxide creates a much tougher and more durable paint than iron. FWIW. But that is too bad if they are skimping on quality materials.

Ah get them covered in dirt and oil and never worry about cleaning them. Just get on and ride.

I really enjoyed your review of the 2023 Suzuki Vstrom 1050. I just two days ago bought that same bike except my bike is a dl and not the de model. Is your bike a little rough with the quick shifter? Mine is especially from first to second gear.

Most QS don't like 1 to 2, got to find a sweet spot so don't bother. Clutch in then just go for it in the other gears.

Nice roads down there can't say same for North Yorkshire councils roads my back yard some lovely places ride out roads bit hit n miss definitely need good suspension.

As former V-Strom 650 GT rider lofty I do like 1050 DE looks lovely bike like headlights nice probably me, can't stand piddly led headlights on rest range of Suzuki bikes.

My favourite,traditional Suzuki colour...either needs a 19" on the front,our an 18" on the rear,the 21/17 doesn't look right? A Trail de Couvert screen also required,tidy up the mess at the front, other than that, i'd have it over a Honda anyday...7yr warranty!
