    Thanks for this recipe. I already bought the ingredients and I'm gonna make it over the weekend. My husband recently got diagnosed with diabetes and I know this will help him.
    Also, I really love the fact that you don't guilt or bash those of us who still eat animal products. My family is making small changes gradually to more plant based foods but still eat meat/dairy right now. So thanks for not judging or trying to make us feel bad.

      What will help him is to get oFF STARCHES and test his sugar before and after meals and avoid anything that makes him spike. Juice does NOT specifically help diabetes. Also watch Simply Raw Reversing Diabetes in thirty Days. Also: Moderation Kills.

    *Question*
    I Always feared batch juicing because of the oxidation process and the related nutrient degradation. Some say only consume immediately. If we fridge in airtight containers, we will be losing nutrient value - which is the main point of juicing. The question then is - how can we know for sure what we are losing in nutrient level in those day 2 or day 3 juices stored in the fridge?
    (this is the dilemma that has me so often stop juicing because I dont have the time to juice daily)

    • @davidinchcliff4560
      @davidinchcliff4560 Год назад

      It's better than not juicing. But it is true, there are ways to slow it down. 1. Fill it all the way up to stop all air in it. 2. Place jiuce in dark . Sun light destroy live juice.
