When stock picking, best to have a mentor who has a feel for sentiment and positioning of both institutional and individual investors. People like Munger and Buffet have good principles.
Right, my question then is where should I allocate more of my contribution from my paycheck to in my, Tbills and Bonds or stocks since the S & P has been a rollercoaster YTD?

Not really. If you scalping based on orderflow and other confluences you need to have multiple windows open. MT5, maybe a screener, TW for analysis, maybe you’re also watching news in the background.
I’m doing swings so for me 1 is enough I’m using the other monitor for lectures/discord chat.
But depending on the setup and how fast you need to react, more monitors could be useful

I’m also a trader, I usually don’t scalp options, I let those run for a couple weeks considering I buy at key levels. I do scalp shares however. My question to you is what size do you typically use while scalping? For example do you swing big lines to get those results on miniature moves or do you use smaller size but let them run up more percent wise ? Everyone has their own unique style, I tend to swing big lines for 5-10 cent moves and make five trades and then I’m out.
I use around 50-100k

Get like 6-7 monitors and a desktop PC, or a laptop with a desktop grade CPU / GPU, get a docking station and a few Pluggable USB to HDMI converters and boom, as many monitors as you need
Personally, if I had this many monitors, I'd use half for NQ on various time-frames, say a 1m 5m 1d, and other half for ES on same TFs for SMT divergence, excluding SMT imagine how geeked using all 7 for different TFs of ES / NQ, 1min, 2min, 3min, 5min, 15min, 1h, 1d
