Decluttering my life. Simple steps towards creating an intentional life.

What does it mean to live an intentional life? According to Psych Central, intentional living comes from living out your values. This means taking action and making decisions that are important to you and true to who you are.
Before I started this journey, I was very sceptical. How can you live intentionally under capitalism? We need to work to live, how is it possible to do both? But ever since I started this journey, I realised it was more about not doing things on autopilot, doing things for the sake of doing, but it's about being actively present in the moment, in whatever you’re doing.
For me, this process also went hand in hand with fixing the things that were constantly on my mind and on my very long to-do list. On the very top of that list, I have:
fix my wardrobe and create a more functional and practical space.
