    OMG, Thankyou!
Been killing my eyes ever since I switched to a 4k monitor,.. none of the preferences helped, neither did the Windows "Display" options but your photoshop.exe Properties High DPI system settings worked a charm!. Mon Dieu, I can actually read the fonts now!

Adobe took away the option to scale the UI. I'm using CS6, and won't every change to the new stuff. The third option worked, but it's still not large enough. :( Oh, well. If the day comes I can't use CS6, I guess I'll look at the Affinity program.

Hello, as they're also Adobe software, I guess it's the same logic to follow. Even though I'm not 100% sure because I don't use these programs.

You could try to change the scale of your operating system UI but this will affect everything on your computer. On windows it's in settings > screen and for mac I think it's something like: System preferences > displays > display scaling
