I love Coach! It’s the only luxury brand I can afford 😅 I got this purse coming in the mail. But you’re the second person I know that’s had an issue with the long strap coming off the purse. Kind of got me worried because I ordered my cousin one for Christmas and she’s more of a long strap person and I’m worried this is gonna be an issue for her.
I have this bag in the black like yours and in a blue color. Love this style! Have you tried to clasp the strap so the clasps are facing out? That might help. I haven’t had that issue with my cassie 19’s but I have a Riley 22 In chambray and I have this issue. It’s so annoying. My SA said I can bring the strap back and she will send it in for repair for free. I’m going to have to do that cause the Riley was $595! For that price on a coach, I need the strap to stay on! Lol anyhow, great review on this little bag!
Claudia Cervantes that’s horrible, for that price the bag needs to be perfect! At least coach has good customer service. Overall the quality is really good but wish the clasps were better on the bags. Thanks for watching 😊

Hi, I enjoyed your video, thanks for posting! My Tabby shoulder bag had bad clasps as well, it would take significantly less pressure to open the clasps than some of my other Coach bags. Kind of disappointing, but I still love the bag.

The coach cassie definitely holds more. It holds about the same amount as the Louis Vuitton pochette Métis. The Cassie 19 holds more of the essentials. I want to add the cassie at some point to carry a bit more 😊 Thanks for watching 💕
I have the full size coach Cassie and I do not. have an issue with the strap detaching from the bag it has to be a defect I've had it for a year-and-a-half and that's never happened to me

That’s the way there designed, you have to keep the buckle on the outer instead of the inner
