Two things 1 you shut have pika end at the location were the hug animation begins after it hits the sub goal makes it look more natural Because now he walks almost in to ash and (teleports) back to go and hug 2. You can also use the freeze filter for the hugging part so you dont need a new animation pose
This is a complete fail tutorial. i literally didnt understand a thing how many errors you made. just try the widget before making a video is too hard?
