The Xiaomi.eu Recovery ZIPs, do you install that over the Original ROM or only over the Fastboot-version of the Xiaomi.eu ROM. After I install Xiaomi.eu (Recovery) over the Original ROM, my phone wouldn't boot. TWRP shows "No OS installed" and /data can't be mounted. Or do the Recovery versions of Xiaomi.EU not need to be writing over an existing ROM ? I'm new to Xiaomi phones and this process is confusing. Especially with the new A/B partition-layout from Android, and in regards to installing TWRP.
For me, definitly, I just discovered that many features will never see the light of day in their global version. And there's so much to it that I'm frustrated that I've waited months of updates for a lot of features such as, more features for the camera, More customization for AOD, a data counter on the new control panel, etc... I will definitly flash my Poco asap.

with the rom file there is an update.batch script you can run to update the phone via the pc
