I love Katrina vocals. Heck, I love to listen to many, many vocalists from the Phillippines. I've also have loved this song ever since I first heard it in the 80's by Foreiginer.
When my first granddaughter was little and she would come to visit us. I would have to play this song over and over for her, and I still loved it afer the hundredth time=) Have I ever told you how much I love your channel? I mean after the first fifty times or so=)

Katrina's whistle is nice but morrissiteshas better access in her whistle. But overall I love Katrina's voice better than any other Filipino singers.

I don't think so, Morissette did that song with passion and keeping the song smooth not over doing it , I prefer moris version than this one .

@@yorkmundiz685 it's not overdoing.. I think it's called putting your signature to something.. Which is katrina's signature is riffs and runs.. It's the same as when mori whistles on some songs which don't require to have whistle on it, the difference is, mori injects whistle in some song to either show her signature or she can't hit that high using chest/head/mix.. Just sayin.
She didn't overdo anything. And considering this was all done in one taken she didn't necessarily perfect her performance before doing it, this is highly impressive.

Was she auditioning for Friday the 13th? The singing was fine, but the screaming at the end was unnecessary. Just because she can hit those high notes doesn't mean she should throw them in a song randomly. This was a rock ballad, a nice, smooth song.

I don't know man when compared to the original this was a bit lame just because you can hit some high notes doesn't mean you should and this is one of those times thought the glass was going to shatter on my tablet had to take headphones off Ahahahahahaha!
Her voice is great, but I got spoiled listening to Foreigner's original version. To me, this is the pop version. It lacks emotion & depth of soul.
