Horobi is my favorite Kamen Rider & he's my top 10 greatest villains of all time he deserves credit in my opinion also my top 10 best fictional characters ever
its a interesting list but some of these dont make any sense, be it thematical or just what actually happens in show, Buffa isnt a evil rider *at all* hes a anti-hero, and his desire to destroy everything is for sake of the friend he lost, this also doesnt make sense when considering the ending/movies where hes now a full on protag with his still anti-hero behavior, a better choice wouldve been baron whos technically the same character but ends up straight up the main villian kouta has to put down, or TheBee, whos also not a evil rider, hes just a antag for a few arcs before going neutral via KickHopper/PunchHopper, the guys themselves arent "evil" or villianous, just oppose the protags, not really a fan of this one, but interesting nonetheless
Yeah when I wrote the script, It was when Buffa just started working with Beroba so before a lot of the story beats that gave him nuance. Still not "evil" per se but not redeemed yet. Maybe I should have called it "Non-hero Riders" lol
