Question, how long were you into the trade before you became contractor?
I'm a year away from taking my journeyman test and done with school about the same time, I know you need 4 more years of journeyman-level experience for contractor which is my ultimate goal, I just wonder if 8 years do you consider it enough foudation to start the contractor journey? Thanks in advance

I prefer 3 and 4s when I hire apprentices as long as they have a skill.outside of electrical. That way we train them to be 7 and 8s our way. Doesn't always work unfortunatly but most do.
