    Very important information you share sir. In India most of the NIT IIT it is mandatory to publish minimum 2 papers in sci/web of science/ Scopus index journal.

    Sir, how much time does it usually take to get a response from a professor after cold mailing him/her with resume for a PhD admit in Western Europe?

      If they are interested they will respond in a week or two. But they are often deluged by email so they may not respond at all. This video may help
