Paste the EID and while pasting the imei number clear the spaces between the numbers but keep a single space among GETESIM EID and IMEI

Do I need to share the IMEI1 or IMEI2 number if I am using one physical SIM and one eSIM? If the signal is lost on my Android phone, will apps like PhonePe and Google Pay still work? I did it within 2 mins.
Just presses convert to e sim in my phone while i was on wifi network and physical sim was in iphone.
For 1 min activating was written then signal was gone for 1 min and finally... E sim active.

Hi, I have done the same thing. I have the physical sim in my android phone. When I send the message, I got the reply from 199 as - “We regret to inform that eSIM activation could not be initiated as you have not provided correct EID/IMEI details “ even though I entered the correct details
Bro check IMEI NUMBER of you device correctly, you will not get the error
@@Naiwiktech I checked it bro. There are 2 numbers. One is IMEI for physical sim. The other is IMEI2, so, I copied IMEI2 number
