I’ve been running 5 of these x-pro 3.0 from the day they have been released. They replaced my old x-pro cams. The battery life is drastically improved for me. The image quality is visibly better. The front screen is clearer. I’m loving the on demand video feeds! Very happy with these!

I have 5 out right now. I dont feel like im getting all my photos. Our ranch is remote and my cell phone is usually SOS. I show I have signal but not great on the cameras. Something tells me Im only getting phots when there is enough signal... I also did not put in SD cards, do I need them? Thanks!
I am useing the XB cameras it has some of those same features. Is it worth upgrading, also the XB is 24 megapixels and these 3.0 are only 16 megapixels so is the picture quality better?
I just recieved the X 3.0. It will NOT immediately send videos like all my other tactacams do. You have to wait until next activation. There is no on demand for video. I'm sending it back.
Is there a limit of how many pictures it will send to the app without a SD card? Or is the SD card just for when you want to use as a standard trail cam?
Hey! I work for Tactacam and I can confirm that it will send all pictures you are taking. It has internal storage and there is a setting on there called “SD Loop” that overwrites the oldest picture with the newest
@@MistahHaskins what are your thoughts on how the camera was angled in this video, with those moving branches? Will he get a lot of pictures of that on windy days or is it too small of an object to detect? Curious about smaller animals too. If it’s angled towards the ground will it pick up squirrels/mice/etc?
@@SimpleQuestion45 depends on what he has the sensitivity set too. If he has it at base 7 Sens then it should only take pictures when something is within about 25 feet ish or closer. Worth the price if admission
Yeah buts its a dang shame tacticam jacked up their monthly plans. I hope a new company comes out with a lithium cell camera that allows you to add them to your phone plans. These cell camera manufacturers are way overpricing their data plans

No, without the SD it just writes over itself. I’d say the SD is mainly for those people that just like having that ability. Personally, I haven’t been using an SD at all with the new cams

The photo quality on the new ones are as if you were requesting hd on the old ones! They’re sweet!
