    Such a beautiful song, so full of hope and love. If only the world could embrace the message of this song with each passing day. All wars and conflict would come to an end.

    I heard this at my first Reform Synagogue. I may not be Jewish, but it hits home. I am a practicing pagan, but we need more of this in this current world. Shalom and Blessed Be!

      Creditor you're a phony and a charlatan! Psalms 89:3 which you've bastardized to make your song reads "[ki amarti] olam chesed yibaneh, [shomayim tachin emunascha bahem] has ZERO to do with "building a world of love". The verse refers to G-d's eternal pledge ('olam' means "forever", not "world" as it does in modern Hebrew) to ensure the dynastic succession of the house of David 'be-chesed', meaning in G-d's kindness. See Rashi on this verse, if you can even read it. There's nothing about G-d in your song. This is no more Jewish than John Lennon's Imagine. But then, you're about as much a "Rabbi".

      @@stormbytes instead of deleting your mean-spirited comment, I'll leave it here as a reminder that tradition has long been worn as a mask by people who do not act like human beings. Your need to delegitimize me as a rabbi is unfathomable, as is your decision to denigrate beautiful visions from other human beings about a better world. I hope you'll reexamine your motivations, and remember that even ancient midrash saw God in humanity and a better way of being human in God's model.

    One of my favorite recordings of this I often use to pray and use as a mantra as I spiritually meditate. I would love more info on the background of the group here and location. I wish you had more likes cuz this really is incredibly well done and sincere.

      Thank you! We were in Tzfat in Israel doing recordings in this incredible cave that had outstanding acoustics. I wanted to record this song with people so I got this group together from a synagogue. Everyone in this video is deeply spiritual, how can't you be when you are in the holy city of Tzfat!

      Actually, if you like meditating, here is something you might like. It's like a Jewish mantra, also recorded in that same cave. ruclips.net/video/Mi_ZsEbPQ84/видео.html

    where was this filmed?

      @rabbimarcphilippe8599  3 года назад +2

      This was filmed in the holy city of Tzfat, Safed, in Israel. On top of the mountain there is sound cave. It is actually an ancient water cistern and the way in is through a short tunnel in the mountain.
