Tower of Insanely Chaotic Creations starts us off strong as we head into our third year of monthly towers. This one is a sequel to Tower of Chaotic Moments in Zone 2, and has a very similar layout. Sitting high above Zone 3, and also being the hardest non-soul crushing tower for some reason, this one will be a real adventure for you. But is it worth the tickets? Idk lol just enjoy the video!

in-game, probably ToGV (Galactic Voyage). Seriously, who remembers that tower?
outside the main game, ToTHT (Tee Hee Time). It's (probably) never getting a permanent spot in the main game, so it's either that or it rots in the whitelist. (or there's a new whitelist subrealm and totht gets in but that's VERY unlikely.)

That would be cool but there are some pretty horrible monthly towers. I remember one in ring 3 that was so bad it failed review during ktoh times.
