We booked it before we got on the ship, it’s one of the ones that is prebookable at 14days before your sailing (I think!) They normally hold some reservations so you can book onboard though.
Awful video...probably the worst crusie review I've seen...mainly down to terrible music & a presenter who is so far up himself he can barely see the Sun
