Leopard vs. Dough Fruit: Which One is Better?

I'm comparing the Leopard fruit in Blox Fruits, which is the most expensive fruit in Roblox Blox Fruits against the Dough Fruit, which is considered one of the most powerful fruits Blox Fruits has ever seen, to see which fruit is better for your needs or builds in Blox Fruits in Roblox.
Price:
Dough fruit cost 2.8 million belis, which doesn’t sound like a lot, but if you buy it with belis, you lose it when you switch fruits. For permanent use, 2,400 robux ($30 USD), which is what most Americans make an hour at their jobs.
But what about the leopard fruit? 5,000,000 belis for single use, but 3,000 robux ($37.50 USD) for permanent use.
Grinding/PvE
Grinding with Dough unawakened is highly unrecommended because of how weak the fruit is. Instead I personally recommend buying the Dough Fruit in the third sea, awaken the fruit, and then use it. It will be very OP in almost all situations: PvP, PvE/grinding, etc.
But what about leopard?
Do you have 3000 robux? Yes? Okay, that’s all you need… for now. Rumors have it that Leopard is getting an awk soon.
This kind of makes leopard the ultimate pay-to-win fruit, as all you have to do is grind with the fruit for a bit to build up the mastery..
But how do these fruits perform against each other in PvP?
For ultimate testing purposes, we’ll only examine these fruits fully awakened with full haki.
Since Leopard doesn’t require an awakening, players simply need to reach 300 mastery to unlock all of Leopard’s move set.
With a full combination of all of Leopards possible moves: Finger Revolver, Spiraling Kick, Afterimage Assault, Body Flicker, transformed leopard can do up to 27,777dmg assuming you land all combos perfectly
But, what about Dough Fruit?
Missile Jab, Pastry River, Piercing Clothesline, Dough Fist Fusillade, combined with M1 can do a combined 23,456 damage.
