I wont call the “haters” as haters. They just have a realistic imagination. But different people have different taste. How do you attach the mesh mask to the helmet
MrPennypoo i use zip ties
What you'll need is to get a mask with an H harness strap (strap looks like an H versus just one band) and the clips that should come with your helmet (they slide into the side rails of your helmet). If your helmet didnt come with these clips, you can search for them on Evike.com or any other major airsoft retail store. And thats all you need before you cut the strap to loop into the clip.

Do the comtacs feel comfortable over top of the mesh mask mod? It looked like the mod runs the elastic over top of your ear which would make the comtacs press it into your ears or is this not the case?
Triple R Airsoft the elastic runs under the comtacs. These are real steel Peltor Comtac IIIs with the gel pads so even if the elastic were to run over top, you wouldn't feel any compression. Most people are more concerned with if the headset compresses on the face mesh and the simple answer to that is yes, the comtacs make the face mesh feel more snug on the sides of your face but I like that because it doesn't allow the face mesh to move around.
Super cool set up! But black goggles/glasses bug me so bad when it’s with multicam idk why I just prefer carrying the tan or green throughout the set up but still super cool.

Runner Runner Airsoft thanks bro! I will have him weight it! And the strap in the back helps with the weight as it keeps the helmet tight to your head and the peltors help keep it moving left to right!

$1200 for a fake helmet. After the 2nd light it stops being "tactical" and starts being cluttered. Every operator I've ever met down range sets their kits up under the "less is more" attitude. But then again this is airsoft. So what do i expect.

$1200 of gear on a repro helmet!? You better have a Gen 3 PVS-14 for that Rhino mount my guy. There's spending a lot of money, then there is sensibly spending a lot of money. It would make more sense to me to have the big strobe for weight balancing if you were using nods.. Side note.. Are you just the God of the airsoft field with those 2 radios? Tell me you have those giant whip antenna for both of them also please.

Hello nice helmet you got there mate. I can't find the retention straps for fast helmet. Can you link me some ?
just search evike for helmets or helmet accessories. Ebay has them too. make sure you are using "fast helmet" whenever you search for retention systems or "helmet bungee" on ebay.
the helmet linked in the description has a integrated nvg mount. however in the video it clearly shows that you have a different nvg mount that needs screws to be fastened to the helmet. i was curious did you modify that section of the helmet at all? cause i plan on getting the same helmet and a gopro nvg mount.
Noel Benitez we don’t have to mod anything, all you have to do is attach the nvg mount to the front attachment spot on the helmet, it just clips in!
Doesn’t the eye protections hurt your head when you put on the ear protection?
in the beginning, its a weird feeling. kind of uncomfortable but once you adjust the straps and your helmet pads inside, it becomes unnoticeable. I think helmets in general aren't that comfortable but having earpro and face mesh mounted to one system is much more convenient with it on. plus the safety of the helmet itself outweighs the negatives.

Drachinator all depends on if your head sweats a lot, for me I had too because of sweat getting into my eyes! You can always get the one with the holes and if you don’t like the look of the holes on top, you can buy a helmet cover!

it'll be fine for Airsoft, just pick the right size for your head. padding may or may not need to be changed. it all depends on your comfortability

How did you screw the surfire into the helmet?
a drill bit to predrill a hole and a screw long enough to go through both the helmet and the surefire base plate. make sure to consider a flat screw head and where you will be putting the screw through the surefire base plate because the actual light still has to slide on and off of it. So watch the surefire light slide on and off and gauge a location to screw through the base plate
How did you mount the contour?

Why 2 strobe lights?
Hey hopefully your still reading these, I just brought ztac comtacs 2 and a ztac ptt, do you think I'll run into problems?
We haven't had great experiences with the ztac comtacs. my recommendation is you try the Earmor products. Ive also heard the Earmor ptt can work with real steel peltors.

Just getting into the sport my self (hence the late comment) but I have a question. I am putting together my helmet. Its a lancer tactical maritime with Impact sport shooting ear muffs with arc rail adapters and a One Tigris Mesh mask. One thing I am noticing is all the strapping is going across my ears then my hearing pro. Goes on top of that. Is that typical? Or is there a cleaner way to mount the mask so Is not covering my ears?
this is typical. you can try to cut the straps and velcro to the sides of your helmet but then you risk flattening out the face mesh. its a give and take when you build a helmet.

How did you attach the light to the helmet
the manta strobe at the top has velcro but we did a custom retention system on top of that. the side reading light attaches to the rail. the surefire light on the front was screwed into the helmet using the existing mounting bracket that came with it.

Most of that stuff is actually useful so the complainers are somewhat wrong. However i would at least get rid of one of the strobes and maybe one of the lights.
