Happy Birthday again! This last year has been absolutely hellish for me also. I have always suffered with a good bit of anxiety and depression. Not to say this for pity, just purely for context. I tend to feel better when I'm alone for long periods. I find it hard to socialise with more than a few people at a time. Who knows what's wrong there but I've always known I'm a bit different. I got made redundant from a good work from home job in Estate Agency and after frantically applying to many other positions and successfully getting three further jobs... none of which worked out. I ended up working in a Warehouse for nightshift. Felt like going back to square one, I've did enough lower end jobs and at this age it's not really where I want to be obviously it's easy to compare to my friends/family and their sucess. The culture shock plus being around people again was intense and so was turning day into night. Had to relearn a lot of things that I didn't realise I'd lost. I honestly felt like I've had to rebuild myself. Started with over a few grand in debt with all the job hopping plus had to find another couple of grand to go abroad for my sisters wedding...now just bought a car and passed my driving test eight months ago and debt free. Got a forklift licence and paid Christmas paid too. I've came to the conclusion that I'm not meant to be the social office guy or warehouse guy or salesman I'm happy on my own, with friends and family during my weekends. So... I've now booked my HGV training for January and provided I pass I'll finally be able to work alone with the benefit of seeing the outside world doing something I actually want to do. I hopefully will be able to save again and build from there. I'm 31, don't have a house and don't yet have the job I want but starting to think things might have happened this way for a reason. Anyway I just wanted to say there's been times over the last year where I really needed a bit of motivation and inspiration, I've put on one of your videos sitting out in my car on break and the message you send is loud and clear. If things don't go your way, keep trying. I noticed a lot of similarities in our situations and it helped to feel like I'm not the only one! Thank you again, have a nice Christmas and New Year!

Next step is to study this theory and make it my mission over the holidays, driving every day and picking the worst roads possible haha! Trucker Steve will be a reality! My life was plain sailing until about 33, i also lost my job last year at now 37, in the middle of moving house with a young child. I still havnt got over that period even though im in a better job now
