Okay since 高山ひでき was banned, the special intro on 3/12 If I am not mistaken is the building of valencia rail into madrid. That's it that i can tell.

The special event was the inauguration of the last part of the important motorway between Madrid and Valencia named A-3 (At that moment, N-III), in a location with a lot of difficulties to build a motorway because a reservoir and the mountainous shape of that location.
