Hey guys in today's video we will be reviewing the looksmaxxing journey of the famous self improvement youtuber Hamza
I actually started mewing late, around age 20, mostly for the health benefits of not being a mouth breather anymore. I've taped my mouth shut when sleeping for like 2+ years now too, it really helped my cardio and I think it has made improvements to my face which is nice. I suggest everyone to do the same thing. Thanks for making this vid and don't worry about the racist comments from the black pillers. I'm used to it. People hate seeing their excuses invalidated.
If you're reading this and you've went down the rabbit hole of watching both red pill vs black pill videos I just want to suggest that you prioritise this mindset "What can I make progress on". Giving up is easy, and if I was watching black pill content at age 16 I would have. The negative guys who have given up will tell you that it's cope, but why not just make progress in the areas that you can? I'm very very happy that younger me decided to make progress instead of giving up.

I agree with pretty much everything you said, but I think a lot of his facial changes are down to puberty, most people don't finish puberty until they are around 20, and the most intense facial and body changes can come earlier or later for each person. Personally I hit puberty at 11, but my voice didn't drop until 14/15, which is also when I had my growth spurt, and I didn't lose my chubby cheeks until I was 17, although I also lost a bit of fat so it's not clear.

Hamza is functionally WAY above average for anybody who goes outside. The average man is fat, 5’9 etc. being 6’1 and in top 1% shape already puts you in a different league. Let’s be real a lot of it had to do with age. He was only 16 when he was below average. His jaw, chin and cheekbones more than likely improved naturally with age, which means he actually has great genetics but they just weren’t developed yet. Realistically there is no way mewing alone would make that big of change, it will not actually give you a gigachad face structure, it will only improve it to a realistic (minimal) amount.

Hamza is a strong six in the face for sure which puts a man in the good looking category. His strongest features are his facial definition, jaw line and shape plus good skin quality. His build and height also bump him up to a 7 hence high value male. The problem with the blackpill and the PSL crowd is many focus far too much on perfection when in most cases all you need is a few good facial features, be lean fit and healthy. On this years love island, they are this Italian guy in it, the PSL crowd would render him a htn or average at best due to him not having Hunter eyes but he is still seen as a hunk by all the women on the show and that is all of what matters is what women think.

@John Doe generally they'll get leaner, not necessarily skinny. You're genes will ultimately determine that. But that boost of testosterone during puberty will naturally produce some natural muscle and then that process reverses when you're old (your testosterone drops and you lose muscle mass). And I was referring to full grown adult men in their prime...generally those are the ones that will have the highest testosterone and their mass compared to a teen is vastly different.

Like just go in front of a mirror and let your lower jaw hanging, breath trough your mouth, with the tongue and tongue root laying down, look at your profile and from the front, then close your mouth and press the surface of your tongue against your palette, with the focus of pressing from the Tongue Root, straight up, imagine an arrow from your tongue root going trought your head upwards,and breath trough your nose(if you cant breath trough your nose you did it a bit to far, just put the tongue where you can breathe again, thats the sweet spot), now look at yourself from the front and from the side. You must be delusional to dont see a difference. Literally only holding this posture is improving your face in the first second you do it.
